On the spine rub in 1 tsp of fractionated coconut oil.
Drip 2 drops of frankincense along the spine + rub in.
Drip 2 drops of tea tree along the spine + rub in.
Drip 2 drops of oregano + rub in.
Drip 2 drops of lavender + rub in.
Rub in more fractionated coconut oil if needed.
Drip 2 drops of peppermint + rub in.
(based on an adult dilution…..reduce amount of oils for children)
The spine holds the nerve roots which carry message to the rest of your body hence this is the perfect place to rub the oils.
