15 DIY Beauty Recipes to make with Essential Oils
Creating your own beauty and skincare products with essential oils can be simple, cost effective and oh so satisfying!

NATURAL BODY BUTTER
1 cup shea butter
1 cup cocoa butter
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp vitamin e oil
50 drops of essential oil
Whip the first 3 ingredients together with a blender, slowly add in the oils and whip until well blended. Store in a airtight container
NATURAL BODY WASH
2 cup castile soap
2 TBSP fractionated coconut oil
1 tbsp vitamin e oil
30 drops of essential oil
Mix all together, store in a airtight container.
NATURAL BODY SCRUB
1 cup epsom salts or himalayan salt
1 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp fractionated coconut oil
20 drops of essential oil
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Store in a airtight container.
NATURAL BODY OIL
4 oz sesame or coconut,
jojoba, olive oil
1 oz argan oil
40 drops essential oil
Mix together & shale before use.
NATURAL DIY FACE OIL
20 drops lavender
15 drops frankincense
15 drops blue tansy
10 drops geranium
Combine into a 30ml glass bottle topped with jojoba oil rub a few drops into your face each night.
DIY NATURAL FACE WASH
1 cup castile soap
1 tbsp witch hazel
5 drops frankincense
5 drops lavender
5 drops lemon
Mix all together & store in a container.
ALL-NATURAL FACE MASK
1 TBSP bentonite clay
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 drop tea tree
1 drop lavender
Mix together well, use immediately.
Paste a layer on face, wait until it dries + wash away.
DIY EYE SERUM
2 tbsp almond oil
1 tbsp Aloe Vera
5 drops frankincense
5 drops lavender
Mix together & store in a small jar.
NATURAL FACE MIST
1 cup witch hazel
2 TBSP aloe
10 drops frankincense
10 drops lavender
Mix all together, shake before each use. Store in a glass spray bottle.
BATH SOAK
1 cup Epsom salts
1/4 cup baking soda
1 tbsp fco
6 drops essential oil
Add all to the bath while the water is running, give a stir + hop in!
DIY BEACH WAVES HAIR MIST
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp epsom salt
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp fco
10 drops rosemary
10 drops lemon
Mix all together - shake before each use, scrunch hair as needed. Lemon oil may lighten hair.
NATURAL SHAVING SPRAY
1 cup witch hazel
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp coconut oil
10 drops tea tree
10 drops lavender
Mix all together, shake before use.
DIY AFTER SUN SPRAY
4 oz witch hazel
2 tbsp Aloe Vera
10 drops spearmint or peppermint
10 drops lavender
10 drops frankincense
Mix all and shake before use.
NATURAL DEODORANT SPRAY
1 cup witch hazel
2 TBSP fractionated coconut oil
10 drops geranium
10 drops lavender
10 drops rosemary
10 drops peppermint
Mix all together, shake before each use. Store in a glass spray bottle.
